The Kosovo Privatisation Agency, in addition to its mandate regulated by separate laws regarding social companies, such as privatisation, liquidation, asset management and the preservation and growth of their value, has numerous and different documents of Social Enterprises managed. After long tests on how to manage and [...]
After long analysis of how to manage and find the best reasonable solution for selection, system and possible the physical and digital archive of that numerous and important archive in the process of liquidation and storage in competent archives, the AKP Board of Directors has approved “Rregullant “Rreparative for Procedures for Entaining Archives, Digitalisation and Handover in the Competent Archive for the Social Enterprises at Liquididiation<2>
To save the budget and implement this project at as much cost as budgetary optimism, but also time, The AKP has created conditions and domestic policies for this major project to be implemented through its resources, saving hundreds of thousands of euros, as we are thinking of doing so at an estimated 320,000 cost. EURO, where all necessary costs are outlined, such as transportation, disposal of unnecessary materials, acquisition of materials for packing and monitoring parts, commitment of additional field work staff (initiation services for temporary engagement in all regional offices), and other infrastructure elements needed for project implementation.
If this project was implemented through public tenders and private companies dealing with such issues, based on the recommendations and information we have received from the Kosovo Archive, but private companies, it would cost the AKP enormous value, respectively, many that would bring about 1m euros.
The NSH materials, which will undergo the system and archive process, are of different types and sizes dating back to the 1950s and which pose a challenge in themselves. The AKP, because in the future the AKP plans to become a surrender of documentation to the state archive, respectively.
From the analysis of these archives, it turns out that about 70% to 80% may be unnecessary material, but that needs to be managed and carefully selected by competent officials, which would help that even the physical space in which this documentation will be preserved would be much smaller, therefore with the reduction of costs in the evental storage spaces.
The material, administered by the AKP in the name of the NSH and to be treated in this process, contains about 20,000m long, considered too volume and enormous in the context of the Republic of Kosovo. After the system and archive, the remaining material does not undergo aging, it does not take large spaces, it will be easy to manage, easy to copy, and most importantly, this documentation before being digitised (such as the final archive process), clears and selects only the material that has the value of storage, and then digitizeds, and as the original is stored in the Compent Archive. /Periscopi/
