The private sector, attributed to youth flight, field connoisseurs say the consequences will be felt later

Lack of favourable working conditions and the inability to hire in their profession are the main reasons young people are leaving the country over the years, considering the recognition of economic issues and the representative of the private sector union. According to them, migration is causing great losses in the local economy, as they say losses may be felt later.

Economic knowledge, Wykan Bajra, has said of Online Economy, that the number of youth leaving abroad is huge. He says that with this phenomenon, businesses in the country will suffer most.

What's disturbing is particularly the flight of young people or the workforce that might be able to work here as well. There are also empirical studies that actually measure how much it affects development or economic growth or the economic decline of young people. The report between the entrances in this case and migration and migration of the workforce in Kosovo is net”, he has said.

Making an estimate of youth leaving, says that out of the 1,000 people who have left the country, they have caused losses to Kosovo's economy near 1 per cent.

“Migration is negative. So more than they get in, and it's prudent that every thousand people who release the country cause a loss to the country's economy by 0.10%. This is not perhaps large in percentages but is extremely large in the sense of sustainable economic development for the country. We refer to Kosovo in the case of weakening or in the case of youth leaving, in this case the country's economy is also going through businesses that are really just starting to affect these consequences, and add that human capital is one of the main factors contributing to the economic development of each country in the absence of this capital then Kosovo's economy is also the weakest”, Bajra said.

Bajra has also counted the reasons why it leads to youth migration. According to him, the serious economic situation, the inability to find a job and uncertainty about their future are the main factors young people are leaving.

You see, no one leaves or leaves the country without a good reason, but just economic factors, so the economic situation as the other element related to young people is basically the inability of finding a job, are the issues of treating young people in the one-word workplace, that sense of being created for some uncertainty about their future, these could mean by the possibility of creating an opinion in the young people that this country is becoming unsanitable in the absence of a perspective and only migration or being away from the country, or being able to be the purpose for their lives or the purpose of their goals.

And the chairman of the Workers Union in the Private Sector, Yusuf Azemi, expresses his concern about the mass evacuation of young people from Kosovo. It says that 80 percent of workers from this sector aim to leave Kosovo, writes Economia Online.

He has also followed criticism at the institution's address to the issue.

I'm telling you with full conviction that they might say that I'm feeling dephethism but over 80 percent of Kosovo private sector workers have to leave, because after all this time there's not even been a minimum for caring for or fixing the state of these workers and specifically with every worker who talks but also with young people, their goal is only until the completion of the document is finalised otherwise, we don't see the <18x>

And these people should be thinking about creating a family, having a child for which they can't support themselves and let alone create conditions for themselves and their offspring. It's so disturbing that I'm more concerned not to take this matter seriously, the biggest concern is that we're seeing it's an extremely large issue and we're not dealing with this matter”, Azemi said.
