Private clinic in which 41-year-old patient passed away

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health has confirmed it today. RTK's through a written answer that they're in the process of inspection.

“Based on information received by the IPS License and Accreditation Division, private polylicinika in question at Ferizaj has been licensed by the Health Ministry on the date 04.11.2021 for certain health activities, among which, including for the Gynecology Special Adbulance with several services. Regarding the case in question, the Health Inspectorate is under way of inspection”, said the MSH response.

This inspection occurred two days after the case occurred as the day before, Chief Inspector Nora Kursan confirmed over the phone how inspectors were not invited to inspect this clinic.

RTK has also requested an answer from the Kosovo Police Inspectorate if they have launched any investigation into the causes of non-information by the police authorities of the health inspectorate. Police inspector has confirmed that, according to official duty, he's in the intelligence collection phase. The same question about the causes of non-information of the health inspectorate has been addressed to the state prosecutor, but no response has been given to this institution.

While the day before, Kosovo police have announced that Ferizaj's emergency reported on the occasion, which on Saturday had admitted the patient without signs of life. According to the police, two people have been interviewed so far about the case and according to the first information, the deceased, following a gynaecological intervention in private orientation, had had chest straits where he had received first aid and was then sent to Ferizaj's emergency.
