On February 24 is one year from the start of the Russian war in Ukraine. Western states have condemned Russia's actions and imposed sanctions on Moscow.
Of the countries in the region, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania, Northern Macedonia and Croatia have condemned the Russian attack on Ukraine.
Kosovo has joined the United States and the European Union, imposing sanctions on Russia.
Meanwhile, Serbia not only has not imposed sanctions but has neither condemned Russian aggression.
