The prosecution had demanded that Kosovo be sentenced to seven years and outside months in prison, while fellow workers had demanded that he be sentenced to eight years in prison. How did this happen?
On the critical day, the man from Kosovo had entered the building where his ex-wife and her boyfriend live.
The 45-year-old was hiding in the corridor and first clashed with him.
Then Kosovar pulled his gun and pointed it at him.
The victim had tried to defend himself, but the author had fired his weapon, wounding him in his hand and leg, the 23-year-old. Mehmet K, had declared that he wanted her to warn his former wife through her.
Kosovar is also accused of having kidnapped his former wife's son, whom he had even beaten.
