The building of the Renaissance Press Palace is one of the projects since the early 1970 ' s aimed at developing the city at altitude. With its eighteen stories, it reaches an altitude of 72.4 on the ground level of entrance.
The entire content of the building consisted of printing presses, libraries, halls, management spaces, and apartments for employees. All these functional groupings are organized within specific volumes of the building that make up the general structure. All other content is placed in the horizontal volume, except for the administration that is directly organized in the P+17 floor tower and that dominates all the composition. Reconstruction was carried out in the 2000s, and the building has significantly changed its former appearance and some ministries are now in place.
