Premierligla has accused current champion Manchester City of violating her rules of financial honesty after a four-year investigation.
The English elite league has taken the club to an independent commission for breaking the rules from 2009 to 2018.
She also accuses City of failing to cooperate during the investigation that started in December 2018.
Last season, City won the sixth title in Premierligle since 2008, when Abu Dhabi United Group bought the club.
In a media communiqué Monday, Premierligla said that City violated the rules after being asked to provide accurate financial information reflecting the club's real and honest financial position.
Manchester City has repeatedly denied accusations of financial wrongdoing. UEFA had suspended City for a year in 2020, accusing him of financial violations, but the Court of Arbitrazhi Sportiv in Switzerland lifted the suspension.
In England it is reported that if convicted, City would be sentenced by point to assist Arsenal in the title race.
