Two post workers arrested in Rahovec, deceived citizens with counterfeit money

Police reports reportedly allegedly over 2,500 euros have been distributed to citizens who have performed services in this post, who have been deceived by these acts of suspects.
“Police investigators from the Regional Crime and Corruption Investigation Unit (NJHKEK) Gjakovs, have received information from Kosovo Post officials that: at the main post in Rahovec, they had encountered a lot of metal coins allegedly forged. NERKEK-Gjakov investigators have undertaken necessary investigative actions by collecting data that a total of $700 ($700,000), allegedly forged, were serviced at Rahovec's post office.
Police have arrested two suspects -- B.D. -- (year of birth 1983, Kosovo male, post manager in Rahovec) and H.D. -- (year of birth 1989, Kosovo male). In the mail they were found and confiscated, under the suspicion that they were forged, the amount of coins of 1362 X 2 =2 724, 970 X 1= 970 $, 1480 X 0.50=740, total 4434. Also, it is alleged that 2566 euros have been distributed to citizens who have performed services in this post and who have been deceived by these acts of suspects.
In consultation with justice bodies, two locations, the residence of suspected persons and a business establishment (sypan) have been checked.
The two suspects have been interviewed in the presence of defence attorneys and after the interview, with the prosecutor's decision, the suspects have been detained for 48 hours on the reasonable suspicion that the suspect B.D. has carried out the criminal offence of the official position or authority” and H.D. suspect, for a validation of pre-20x1>, the report said.
