Nazmi Zogaj, lieutenant at the traffic unit in the Kosovo Police, disclosed fines that apply to those who do not own winter equipment.
“Zacon is the 4mm winter winter tyres that are set for winter. For drivers of vehicles that do not have these equipment- the fines are 40 euros from”, Zogaj told Rtk.
In wintertime, when even the risk of communication increases, police appeal to citizens to be careful and prepared with necessary equipment.
