Police conduct drug operation in northern Mitrovica

Kosovo police have announced that in the continuation of the war on prevention and fighting cases of narcotics abuse, following intensive investigations, today in northern Mitrovica, an anti-drug police operation is under way, with the support of other relevant police units.

Kosovo's “Police in the field of prevention, investigation and intelligence of narcotics have undertaken several successful police operations, where significant quantities of suspected narcotics substances have been seized, drug labs discovered, large numbers of suspected persons have been arrested, and various criminal groups have been defeated throughout the country”, reportedly in the police report.
