As he says, any Kosovo attempt to renegotiate this topic or form an association conditioned by some new developments in dialogue, directly contrary to the principles of dialogue and normalisation of relations.
It in an authorial text for the Belgrade newspaper “Politic” has said that Belgrade “word and deed” has shown indefinitely that it is constantly committed to dialogue, but that, as he said, “now is the time for Pristina to finally show that kind of commitment”.
Petkovic further declares that all the basic elements necessary for forming association are involved in the First Brussels Agreement itself and in three additional agreements related to the topic.
