He has persecuted that the process of normalising reports between Kosovo and Serbia would begin if Vuciq was to declare Monday that he would build a memorial at Batajnica near Belgrade in honour and memory of 800 people killed in Kosovo.
Early in 2000, in Batajnica, the police special anti-terrorism unit, mass cemetery was discovered with the bodies of hundreds of Kosovo Albanians who had been killed in their country by Serb forces, and then carried into that space, at a try-out of Serbia's state structures at the time, to hide the traces of crimes committed.
We remember that Serbian institutions over the years have rejected the demand of various organisations and individuals in the country where the mass cemetery was discovered to place a memorial or memorial plaque.
