The Democratic Party of Kosovo has sent the Bill for the State Bureau to the Constitutional Court.

So has made known about Tve1.info, the co-ordinator of the Justice Department under the Good Governance Cabinet in PDK, Progress Gruda.

The eight-day deadline to counter this bill ended on Monday.

After this deadline is passed, the bill is processed to declare itself to the president of Kosovo within the eight-day deadline of law taking.

The State Bureau for Verification and Confiscating of Unjustified Riches bill has been adopted in second reading at the Kosovo Assembly on 9 February.

The deadline for submitting the application to the constitution, according to Article 113.5 of the Kosovo Constitution, is set forth within an eight-day term from the day of the law's adoption or the specified decision.

Yesterday was the last day, when the authorised side, in this case ten MPs could submit this law to contest it at the Constitutional Court. He's been using it. PDK, addressing the Constitutional Court.

Following the Law for Constitutional Court, the bill is not prosecuted on the part of the Parliament for declaring it to the president of the Republic of Kosovo. /
