The fences are pretty high. Despite this fact, two patients at the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centre in Shtime managed to pass them on Friday.
After meeting the goal of leaving, 62-year-old Peja and the other from Pristina had nowhere to go and returned on Saturday morning.
But the same did not follow two others who received permission to go out and go back on their own.
Besides the medical staff there, even the director of this institution says the two patients still abroad are not at risk for anyone.
Zenelaj says police bodies have been notified, but adds the fact that the Special Enti is not a closed institution.
The Kosovo Police in the Ferizaj region are also searching for patients.
In this case, they have announced that all police units have been announced.
