A bus of 45 people crashed face - to - face with a four - wheel - drive vehicle and then sank into a rock in the Kohistan district.
A police spokesman attributed the accident to excessive speed by the bus driver, according to Pakistan's Dunya News network.
This is the second death accident within a few days in the same province, located near the border with Afghanistan. On Friday, 18 people lost their lives in a face - to - face crash between a bus and a truck.
