Electricity has been cut in the interior of the Parliament hall just five minutes after the hearing was launched, as outside the opposition is holding protests.
MPs continue to sit in their countries, despite lack of electricity.
The Assembly has announced that energy has been cut off after the UPS device, which serves to balance energy in the plenary hearing room, has been burned.
Full announcement:
Dear colleagues,
The hearing was interrupted because the UPS device burned, which serves to balance energy in the table of the plenary sessions.
The UPS device works exclusively for the session hall, because of the electronic system.
It's working on replacing the device.
