The Kosovo Police's “Sindicate with the date 03.02.23 has sent the request for initiative to assess the constitutionality of Law No. 08/L 196 for salaries in the Public Sector to the ombudsman over concerns about the Law of Salaries, respectively: Article 26 stipulations for specific working conditions, Article 35 and 36 compensations, maintenance compensation for custody, nightwork and overtime, Article 44 amendments to the Law, Addition No.5.1 Kosovo Police and Addition No. 10.6 of the Civil Service Bill, Public Administration Officer and Technical and Support Officer”, the report said.
The union has announced that on February 13th, 2023, it has received notification from the ombudsman, who has ruled the complaint as acceptable to the investigation of the alleged eventual violations. /Telegraphy/
