After tests in the laboratory, it has resulted that a type of oil produced in Serbia does not meet the average criteria for quantity, as the regulation for prepacked products foreseeable.
The Market Inspectorate, as in any other case, has taken measures in line with legislation in effect in the Republic of Kosovo, the economic operator, importer of this oil, has been banned from selling this product and pulling out of the market in the terms of 15 days”, respectively, says a report.
The Market Inspectorate has invited consumers to stay alert during the acquisitions, and for any consumer rights violations, to continue addressing complaints/notifications at the Market Inspectorate, through the Consumer Protection Department at the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade.
