Through a Facebook post, municipality chairman Xhafer Gashi has announced that the first recommendation is that Obiliki is ready for the release of citizens from real estate taxes to 100 euros, while recommending the MF to complete it with legal infrastructure.
The second recommendation is that the ministry suspend the decision to reevaluate property and citizens of the Obilic Community to pay the value of the property tax bill for 2023 as they paid in 2022.
“In my address, I have thanked all members of the Municipal Assembly for their will and commitment, as well as have expressed readiness in the forgiveness of property tax for the citizens of Obilics as a result of the heavy economic situation and inflation, and I consider that having legal opportunity, the responsible ministry will come in line for recommendations voted by the Obilic Parliament <x>, Gashi wrote.
