Nurses give Kurt time: Raise the cofficient or take Constitutional Action

The Board of Directors, midwives and other health professionals has held an emergency meeting, expressing disappointments over the value of the cofficient, but also the categories that have been made with the Law of Salaries for the Nurse Community.

At this meeting, none of the OIK representatives' demands regarding the categories were taken into account until the value of the cofficient is extremely low.

So this is underestimating for the education and commitment of nurses, which is also highly predisposed to flee abroad.

Therefore, members of the OIK Steering Council have decided to give Government time to reflect and in addition to this payment to remain in force additions such as shots and caretakers, which should be uninfectable.

The KD of OIC appeals for the last time to the Government of the Republic of Kosovo that, in addition to the execution of salaries under the new Law, it will in no way interrupt the shots and additions.

Otherwise, the community's major dissatisfactions from uneven treatment according to level schooling and the low value of the cofficiency will move us to seek constitutional legal actions that could question the Law itself.
