Mushkolaj: Association is over, it's only a matter of time when implementation starts

Analyst Imer Mushkolaj has said that according to Kosovo's first deputy prime minister, Besnik Bislimi, the association is currently an NGO.

Mushkolaj has quoted Bissim as being in the European Parliament, which had said this was an NGO dealing with co-ordination of Serb majority municipalities.
