Social Democrat Party Chairman Dardan Moliqaj has estimated that Prime Minister Albin Kurti's stubborn approach in dialogue with Serbia has been wrong and has degraded Kosovo's position in relation to the international community, especially the US.
In an interview for Online Economy, Moliqaj says the direction the dialogue process has taken is very dangerous, not only for the present, but also for the future of Kosovo.
The “Kurti with this negotiation he has made for the past two years of his governance, with the international community and Serbia, has degraded Kosovo's position even in relation to internationals, even in relation to Serbia, has tremendously reduced the Serbia-United States of America and has in an unprecedented way ever accelerated the foundation of Serbian political entity in Kosovo<1>, Moliqaj stressed.
He has said the Franco-German plan is only in Serbia's favour and should not be accepted by Kosovo, even if accepted by Kurti.
When the Franco-German plan is published, along with the application annex, you will see it has only two values, both in Serbia's service. The first, acceptance of the framework of dialogue that will not require recognition, not today but in the future, by Serbia and the second implementation of association. Other issues are peripheral and trivial”, Moliqaj stressed.
Now, Moliqaj expresses fears that the range of dialogue will continue for many more years. It says Kosovo will not gain recognition from Serbia in the future either.
Moliqaj says the PSD had predicted how long the approach and stubbornness of Kurti “kins to preserve their faces in front of its voters” would bring this very favourable situation to Kosovo.
Dardan Moliqaj, has added that Kosovo state leaders Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani have tried to use wrong tactics, trying to make “show Serbia's true face”.
According to him, Kurti and Osmani have thought that the West would bomb Serbia, only because they are saying President Vuciq is “Putin small”.
