Kosovo Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla is participating in the Munich Conference.
Other foreign ministers, such as that of Albania Olta Jacka, Maria Ubach Font from Andorra, Hadja Lahbib from Belgium, Melanie Joly from Canada, Catherine Colonna from France, Annalena Baerbock from Germany, Tanja Fajon from Slovenia, etc.
Germany's Federal Foreign Office has announced that ministers together have strongly condemned the Taliban's push to exclude women from all public life.
“Foreign Ministers at the Munich Security Conference 2023 strongly condemn the Taliban's push to exclude women from all public life: women are not allowed to walk through parks, no longer seen on television screens, deprived of their right to attend schools and universities”, the announcement says.
The Taliban are thus said to be committing more serious human rights violations.
By excluding half of Afghanistan's population from society, Taliban are committing more serious human rights violations. And the Taliban are risking the future of the whole country. We are united in our call to remove these restrictions on women, especially when it comes to their essential role in providing humanitarian aid”, the announcement says further.
