He cited the fact that thousands of residential objects in Kosovo are without technical accession, saying the <x0->state closes its eyes to the owners of construction companies”.
The state would have to take lessons from the earthquake in Turkey, and act. To deal with the cause today, not the consequences tomorrow. During the pre-election campaign, they have promised to address this problem, so far no action”, he writes.
His full post:
Approximately 30,000 victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. According to the OBS, the number of victims could double! Over 5 million people with no roof above their heads.
Meanwhile in Kosovo, there are thousands of residential objects without technical admission.
Why? Because the state closes its eyes to the owners of construction companies.
Why? Because, for every residential facility, owners of construction companies who have exceeded construction permits have to pay over 80 thousand Euros to get technical admission.
As the inhabitants know where they live, the quality of their construction is, how secure these objects are, almost few or so.
The state would have to learn from the earthquake in Turkey, and act. To deal with the cause today, not the consequences tomorrow.
During the pre-election campaign, no action will be taken.
P.S. The state in this case is central and local power, where all political parties enter indiscriminately.
