Why? Because the state closes its eyes to the owners of construction companies.
Why? Because, for every residential facility, owners of construction companies who have exceeded construction permits have to pay over 80 thousand Euros to get technical admission.
As the inhabitants know where they live, the quality of their construction is, how secure these objects are, almost few or so.
The state would have to learn from the earthquake in Turkey, and act. To deal with the cause today, not the consequences tomorrow.
During the pre-election campaign, no action will be taken.
P.S. The state in this case is central and local power, where all political parties enter indiscriminately.
