According to Miftaraj's reaction, the second of the Ministry of Justice does not recognise Kosovo's laws sufficiently.
Deputy Minister Saquu said he's been reminded that the Dehari case was handled by some external mechanism, but the prosecution is not giving permission that the Dehari case mutu/t treated by some foreign (read prosecutor) mechanism! Deputy Justice Minister Sa God, Constitution, Law in Kosovo SUCH does not allow the prosecutor or foreign judges to investigate, prosecute or judge criminal cases in Kosovo, when the work is allegedly carried out in Kosovo by Kosovo citizens, when the victims are Kosovo citizens”, Miftaraj wrote.
Mifaw's reaction:
Deputy Minister Sallu said he thought the Dehar case was handled by some external mechanism, but the prosecution is not giving permission that the Dehar case was caught by a foreign (read prosecutor) mechanism!
Deputy Justice Minister Sa God, Constitution and Law in Kosovo THE government does not allow the prosecutor or foreign judges to investigate, prosecute or judge criminal cases in Kosovo, when the work is allegedly committed in Kosovo, by Kosovo citizens, when victims are citizens of Kosovo.
So little should you understand to replace the minister of justice.
Except for this rule, only the Kosovo Assembly can delegate this right to another authority, as was the case of the Eulex mission and the Special Court with constitutional amendments, where the prosecution's opinion is not taken into account.
The minister, deputy minister, adviser, public official, when appearing in the media, has to explain a matter to the public and explain a certain situation or dilemma.
In the case of Sasah, it opens up dilemmas, issues of peace, conspiracy, etc.
Sorry!
