According to the MPPT, employers from the public, private sector and nongovernmental organisations who fail to fulfill the legal obligation are obliged to promote employment of this category to pay monthly contributions at the height of the minimum wage.
The Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers reports to citizens based on the Law on Training, Professional Resiliency and Employment of Persons with Limited Capabilities, the employers are obliged to employ at least 1 person with limited abilities. Employers from the public, private and non-governmental organisations who fail to meet the legal obligation to employ disabled persons are obliged to promote employment of this category, to pay monthly contributions at the height of the minimum wage. The Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers, in line with the Government programme, remains committed to creating equal access to the labour market for all social categories. ”, said in notification.
In turn, the ministry has also published the account number in which monthly contributions can be made to the special account at Treasury.
