It has now been many months required to clear the truth about the Kosovo ambassador's case in Zagreb, which has denied everything about the vicinity where his name is pronounced.
Slovenian and Croatian media from April last year have published scriptures that Kosovo's Ambassador to Croatia, Martin Berisha, is involved in a corrupting financial scandal. It is reported that Berisha has been granted over 2m euros from the Slovenian company's branch in Serbia, GEN-I, money which has withdrawn cash from him to various banks in Kosovo and Montenegro and is unknown where they have gone.
Also, the Anti-Corruption Agency last year has launched investigations into Ambassador Martin Berishaaj for false property statements, respectively, for his failure to declare shares in private company “M B Consulting”, while recently it has been known since December 2022 Kosovo police have raised criminal speculation against Martin Berisha at the Special Prosecutor, who has been dealing with allegations based that Berisha has benefited money from GEN-I, with headquarters in Serbia and has been avoiding taxes.
Despite these facts, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, President Vjosa Osmani and Minister of Foreign Affairs Donika Grovall are continuing to publicly protect Ambassador Berisha.
