German tanks are believed to have a major impact on the field of battle in Ukraine, which hopes to launch a counteroffensive in the coming weeks.
“The prime minister cannot be here, he went to Kiev to bring the tanks, which are the first shipments to Ukraine”, President Andreze Duda said in the opening address of the meeting in Moscow.
