Year: Besides leaving Kosovo, doctors are switching from public to private sector, having tempting offers

Health Minister Arben Vitita is reporting to the Commission, where he has been asked about the departure of doctors from Kosovo.

He also spoke of another problem -- that of passing doctors from the public to the private sector.

For the doctor's escape, when demand is great and the offer is small, we have such situations, besides the departure of doctors from Kosovo to other countries, we also have a problem that some professions that are deficitrs are going through in the private sector because because of their small number and because of the large demand have increased bids and are making very tempting offers to switch from the public system to the private.

We're addressing this matter with the Ministry to make the right planning that this will not happen in the future”, Vitita said. /Periscope
