The Slovak diplomat has said that since September they have spoken with Kurti and Vuciqi about the proposal, and that both -- one in January and the other in February -- have said they accept the proposal.
However, Lajcak says the time has come for them to accept both formally and publicly the proposal and then discuss its implementation.
