Kosovo Prime Minister Allbin Kurti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq “respect each other”, European Union Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak said, Inseder writes.

That comment, Lajcak made in an interview for the “The Pavlovic Today”, when asked whether can Kurti and Vuchic become friends?

Look, friendship is a very special category. You can't force friendship. What's important is that Kurt and Vuchy respect each other. And they show respect to each other. As for public statements, I'd say there's room for improvements”.

Lajcak also said there were the respective <x0mosphere” at the last summit in Brussels between Kurti and Vuciq.

The two leaders know this is a major task and responsibility. Clearly, then, those who both struggle for their own interests. But I also have to say that, especially in recent meetings, there has been an atmosphere of respect. Last time, we spent more than eight hours, or the last two times in the room, so you might think it's very open”, Miroslav Lajcak said.

We remember that Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, in a recent TV show, has called Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurtin, <x0-> terrorist scum”, while Kurti repeatedly stresses that Vuciq was former minister of propaganda of Slobodan Milosevic, who has never distanced himself from crimes committed against the Albanian population in 1998-1999.
