In an interview in Kusari-Lila, there have been criticisms regarding the development of dialogue over the years, while hoping that the range of dialogue will end with mutual recognition.
Kusari-Lila says the Franco-German plan for Kosovo is a process that must be finalised with mutual recognition.
The prime minister and the president have already stated that this plan has presented a good basis for further discussions, and the idea in this case of the Republic of Kosovo is that it is a process which must necessarily be finalised with full normalisation and mutual recognition, so Kosovo has expressed readiness to be an active part of negotiations in order to realise what has been expected for many years”, it says.
Kusari Lila also said that some agreements reached earlier have behaviour stalled in the dialogue process, so other opportunities for modifications should be seen.
However, one thing is inevitable that the circumstances which have brought the achievement of up to-to-date agreements and the signing of them, some of those that are the value even have not been in favour of Kosovo bring a deadlock into the process, for reasons I now need to see opportunities within the modification space.
While the process of credibility has also suffered serious injuries until 2019 and we are hoping that as soon as it is important in particular for Kosovo's international subjectivity the normalisation agreement is reached and Kosovo continues on its path to European integration”, Kusari Lila told EO.
