In a tweet, Kurti said that even after 24 years, NATO has a vital role in preserving security for Kosovo.
This Government Leader said after meeting with Joint Force Command Commander NATO in Naples.
“From the ban on genocide in 99 to supporting Kosovo security, NATO is a vital part of our past, present and future”, Kurti wrote.
Kurti, who is an attendee of the Munich Security Conference, has also met with United Kingdom special envoy for the Western Balkans, Stuart Peach.
“Prime Minister Kurti thanked Peach for continuing support of Kosovo in its development and integration processes, and the active role of the United Kingdom in the Western Balkans”, said the February 19th announcement.
Similarly, Kurti has also had a meeting with Italy's deputy prime minister, Antionio Tayan, who is also minister of foreign affairs.
According to the Kosovo prime minister, they have talked about deepening economic co-operation between the two countries.
From stopping genocide in 99 to suppressing Kosovo's safe, @NATO is a vital part of our past, present & introduced. As I missed w/ @JFC Naples Commander Munsch, we are ready to give back. This year Kosovo will once again be a party & host country of Defence Europe 23. Pic.twitter. com/ SZzWHKKR
