Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has talked about the demarcation issue with Montenegro.
Kurti said MPs would not ratify it if they knew there was no liberalisation.
“If MPs knew on March 21, 2018 that even after ratification there would be no visa liberalisation there would be 80 votes. A vote if it were missing would not be”, Kurti said.
We had two commissions with different missions. Montenegro's Commission has had border demarcation, the Kosovo Commission has had border demarcation mission. We have said we should wait a little bit for correction before it becomes”, he said.
I don't want to wear the mistake of past governments. We will wait for the right moment to make correction. Now in Podgorica we have a prime minister in office, and soon there will be elections for president”.
