According to Kurti, Serbia is aimed at violating Kosovo's territorial integrity and defunct state.
Fevziu: The problem that remains is that of an associate?
The proposal is based on very good democratic concepts. Serbia somehow does not regret war crimes. The part that will be discussed is added. He needs more clarification. The basic proposal says national minorities, national minorities in Kosovo are not said to be. The paragraph that refers to the national minority is taken, but there is no shortage in just one country. It didn't go into detail, it's only two pages.
Fevziu: What scares you at the Association?
It's an agreement that was signed in Brussels 10 years ago and it makes division into ethnic bases. The implementation of municipalities becomes the third level of power. It becomes a kind of entity that is related to Serbia and municipalities become state within the state.
Fevziu: How many asoscaions are you made?
We have a total of 10 municipalities, a quarter of Kosovo's territory. Serbs in Kosovo are 4%. What you want is to get more rights territory. Serbia does not want more rights for Serbs, but wants to materialise those rights. Belgrade's goal is clear, violating territorial integrity and defuncting the state.
