The medals, for which KSF commander has issued orders, are shared by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Defence Minister Armend Mehaj and other Kosovo institutions officials.
The KSF team was launched in Turkey two weeks ago following earthquakes over 7 degrees that hit Turkey and Syria in the early hours of February 6th.
KSF members have managed to rescue four people who remain in ruins as a result of earthquakes.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspores in Kosovo has said that no Kosovo citizen has died from earthquakes in Turkey.
Earthquakes in Turkey and Syria have resulted in over 47,000 deaths, and thousands of buildings have been destroyed.
For a new 6.3-degree quake on the Turkish-Syrian border has been reported on February 20th.
Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan has said that work on building nearly 200,000 residences in 11 provinces affected by the earthquake in Turkey will begin next month.
