Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has held a series of activities under the Independence Week, where he has met with many personalities and young people on the side of Kosovo.
Through a Facebook post, the head of The PDK has said that over the shoulders of these citizens has remained the ongoing struggle for freedom and independent and sovereign state.
After honouring Adem Demach's unbroken stand, I had a series of meetings with former political prisoners and political persecuted ones from Yugoslavia, to continue with former freedom fighters, fellow followers of Adem Jashar, doctors who healed the wounds of members of the KLA during the war, families of Kosovo Liberation Army leaders, as well as of the parliamentary colleagues of the Declaration of Independence, with which we sought memories from the long way of sacrifice to make Kosovo free, independent and sovereign. But what was extremely motivating, and at the same time aware of me this week was the meeting with primary students in Veles, Prizren, from which I realized that their expectations for a country that welcomes them to grow up and realize dreams are the ones that really matter. Similarly, as well as meeting with students at the University of élisa Boletinião in Mitrovica, where man understands that Kosovo's young have the potential and will to be educated, both as citizens and as professionals”, Krasniqi wrote.
He has indicated that young people's demands are the right “and the right”, so he said they need to do something much more than reflection.
Our state cannot abstain from its responsibility to them. Unfortunately, under Albin Kurti's rule, not only are we seeing abstentions for addressing these needs, but we're not even seeing the effort. On the contrary. Our citizens and new generations, such as that of the independence period, cannot hope for a better future, while an ambassador like Martin Berishaj, who turns out to be part of international regional energy mafia scandals, not only not being dismissed but taken to protect from power. Kosovo, cannot be a place of perspective, while the authorities house protagonists of mafia relatives”, Krasniqi says in this post.
Header The PDK has indicated that Kosovo cannot be a place of perspective, while inflation falls on Kosovo families unaffordable, while saying the government has no idea how to unblock the economy.
“There can be no secure and stable future for a country like Kosovo, which has the potential to export energy, and from bad governance ends in the dark, while citizens pay the most expensive bills in the region. There can be no lasting future, nor democratic, in a country where power prejudges justice and attacks free media. This lack of perspective, due to an incompetent power, is today emptying Kosovo”, he said.
According to him, this is not the future Kosovo citizens want.
“E This is not the future that citizens want for their homeland, nor the future for which they have sacrificed. Kosovo's future should be a completely different story. Living that future should start now and without delay, together with love and devotion for Kosovo and our children”, the leader stressed PDK, Memli Krasniqi.
