The Kosovo Embassy in Ankara has reacted after the 7.8-degree earthquake that has hit Turkey during Monday.
Through an announcement on the official Facebook page, the Turkish people have expressed condolences.
We feel deep pain for the victims as a result of the earthquake that struck several provinces in Turkey this morning. We express our sincere condolences to the people of Turkey and wish for rapid recovery for all affected by this” earthquake, the announcement said.

According to the first reports, the number of victims is believed to be 360, while health officials in the Syrian capital, Damascus, have reported that 237 people have died in areas controlled by the Syrian government.
