Two Kosovars must go to prison for four and a half years after they had deceived the Swiss Accident Security Fund, known as “SUVA”
That's how the court decided to make a Friday night on the court in the court of November.
Both businessmen had reported to SWA about 20 suspicious accidents and had managed to benefit hundreds of thousands of francs.
According to the judge, 40-year-old Kosovo must be arrested immediately, as there is the danger of fleeing to his homeland.
He had been in the construction industry and was found guilty of illegal profits.
The other accused, a 33-year-old man from Kosovo, was also convicted of fraud.
He was essentially insulating extinguishers.
