On the Rubikon show in Klan Kosova, she has criticised the Kurti Government, which has cancelled the decision through which wages were raised in the justice system.
“Paga is not only material, it's also dignity, it's also measuring the risk of the profession in the face of what the state estimates to be of principle. Now what happens to this cofficiency is that judges and prosecutors get their salaries”.
We saw the moment when the decision, which had raised wages, was canceled. I've always been thinking that executive decisions shouldn't move the salaries of the justice system, whether for growth or reduction”.
On the other hand, she has criticised Kurti Government even for canceling such a decision.
You don't have to touch wages in the justice system for two reasons: [1] You have numerous European Court for Human Rights precedents which consistently stress that the executive should have minimal hand in the salaries of the justice system”.
“[2] Even in Kosovo you have the law for courts, where you generally address the aspect of judges' wages and wages and create a standard lighthouse that within the mandate is not good to move the salaries of judges”.
