According to this Union, the Labour Inspectorate in Kosovo's 01/08-032023 Official Report has found that, in the case of the degradation of RTK Independent Union Chairman Fadil Hoxha, Kosovo Radio Television has committed these irregularities:
- Making the decision on degradation is made by the side which is initiativeing, and at the same time, parties in the procedure.
- The employer has arranged/remained in the illegal position of Chairman Hoxha in a position of work that is out of harmony with his professional schooling and skills.
- Internal/cathalog job act itself RTK's illegal.
These RTK Management irregularities, according to the Labour Inspectorate, are contrary:
- No. 0736/18 paragraph 4 concerning the provision of the Labour Law of 03L-2012 Article 86, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.1, connected to Article 29, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.3 of the law 05 L-031.
- Work Law 03L-2012 article 85, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.3, paragraph 2 related to Article 11, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.2.
- Work Law No. Article 4, article 11 - paragraph 1.2
