Hoti: Final Agreement with Serbia Must Have These Five Points

Former Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has talked about five points of what the Kosovo-Serbia final agreement should look like.

Hoti has said the final agreement should have mutual recognition as well as be legally binding on the parties.

Agreement with Serbia must be:

1. IF YOU have the ability to do so, not intermediate, because it remains an open problem for the future, and this increases political uncertainty throughout the region;
   2. THE OBLIGUOUS LIBLES that are ratified in the lands of both countries;
   3. WITH IMERATIONAL GARAKE where the EU and the US take on specific obligations stemming from the agreement, in particular in terms of Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic integration;
   4. P NORMALEMENTS AND LIGHT where all issues between the two countries are addressed based on European standards of good neighborhood; and
   5. P RECIPROCHER.
