He says they will continue to offer their full support in the EU facilitated dialogue.

On the other hand, he says the interim agreement will bring considerable benefits both to Kosovo and Serbia.

The UN “encourages and welcomes Kosovo's decision to accept in principle the EU proposal, and we will continue to provide our full support for the EU facilitated dialogue. The interim agreement will bring considerable benefits both to Kosovo and Serbia”, Houvenier writes on Twitter.

We remember yesterday that the European Union's special envoy for Kosovo talks, Miroslav Lajcak, has met with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.

Lajcak has hinted that after Kosovo accepted the EU proposal, there will be high-level meetings.

I traveled to Pristina to meet Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Besnik Bissim. In Belgrade, I did the same with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq and Petar Petkov. I'm glad that even Kosovo now accepted the EU proposal in principle. We will continue our discussions at a” summit, Lajcak wrote.
