Government spokesman: Constitutional Court has not addressed the 2013 Association Agreement

Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu has said the Constitutional Court of Kosovo has not addressed the First Agreement for Association of 2013.

He has said that in the 2015 agreement, the Constitution has considered that the agreement conflicts with the point of multiethnicity.

The Constitutional Decision says the reason why, one of the many reasons why the 2015 agreement is not in accordance with the Constitution, because it has not addressed 2013, but 2015... Kryeziu has said the Constitution has failed to undo the 2013 agreement because he has not had the subject of treatment.

If the Constitutional Court has violated the agreement, why should I go to the Parliament? When the Constitution for the 2015 agreement is asked, no doubt the basis of the 2015 agreement is the 2013 agreement.
