Sociologist and analyst Dukagjin Gorani has commented on the fierce debate that took place today in the Kosovo Assembly between Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu and PDK deputy Hisen Berisha. Gorani says that the country knows who is in opposition, and who in power by alluding to the behaviour of Minister Hadziu has belonged to MP Berisha, Periscopi follows.
Gorani further says this behaviour of the minister, as a representative of power, is a legal threat.
When a wordy minister forgets that he is representative of a power, even if you do so in the Assembly, as the representative of power is a legal threat, for which you should be indicted and prosecuted. If you behave like the opposition, that is understood as a form of resistance, the form of protest. However, the same bearing behavior by the opposition in power suffers much because power has far greater responsibilities, much bigger degrees, but it is also much more supervised and penalties are much greater. Minister Haxhiu does not understand that her conduct today, as a member or representative of power, could be more widely defined as a threat to democratic order, open threat”.
Now, in private as a society, since we've been a bit short of knowing each other, we don't take this seriously because we know what this is about. A political group is offended because the member of another political group gave a version of it on a tragic occasion, and this group, which is injured or offended, was a behavior which in the informal context was supposed to be considered correct. You have to make a fool of a man to insult, but this behavior I think the potential for institutional informality, that I think is a danger to our society, even though they're applying what they're probably not aware of themselves.”, stated Gorani in “Pressing”, followed Periscope.
