UP: Girls dominate the directions of engineering and computer science

Pristina University has described it as a bright future for Kosovo, the fact that girls are taking over engineering and computer science in the UP.
Through a UP media communique, the trend of increasing the number of girls in the direction of science and computer engineering in the UP is not only a constant increase, but also a high rise in very substantial values, as is nearly no other university.

“ ) has marked year-on-year increases in the last decade”, said the communique.

In addition, it becomes known that in the UP, in the Department of Computer Sciences, 50.7% of students are girls, already in the Department of Computer Engineering, by the general number of students in this department, in the academic year 2021/2022, 55.9% of them are women.

“The initial academic year, or 2020/2021, has been even higher, in a total representation of 61.8%<8x1>, said the UP's communiqué.
