The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has received a letter of congratulations on the 15th anniversary of Kosovo's independence by the president of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
He said dialogue with Serbia, led by the EU, remains an essential challenge for the country to normalise relations between the two countries.
The co-operation of both sides and a peaceful co-existence remain essential for the road to the EU. On this road you can be sure that you have Germany's support as Kosovo's reliable partner”, says President Steinmeier's letter of congratulations sent to President Osmani.
In his letter, President Stanimeier has mentioned Kosovo's commitment to European values and in this context has praised the partnership in relation to Russia's unprotested struggle in Ukraine.
