According to Hurriyet, the businessman was arrested at Istanbul airport, on his way to Montenegro, and had money with him at the moment of his arrest.
Earlier Turkish Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag said he has launched an investigation into builders in areas affected by the earthquake.
