Ilya Rollastvensky, a Russian anti-Kremlin journalist told about CNN  that since the start of the war in Ukraine, Putin no longer uses his presidential plane.

But he is traveling on a special train equipped with special communication systems.

The psychological reason he uses this train is because he's terrified,” said Rollastvensky for the network. “
