I think that our concerns for terrorism should be respected by candidate countries. Such activities still continue in Sweden. As an international community, we must fight such actions. It is not possible for us to say yes to Sweden without seeing concrete steps”, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said.
Less than two weeks ago, Secretary General NATO was in Ankara.
Jens Stoltenberg reaffirmed the importance of the integration of Finland and Sweden into the North Atlantic Alliance at meetings with Turkish authorities.
